Peter Kukla, Head of Governance at the central hospital in Switzerland – the Waid and Triemli City Hospital in Zurich – shares his experiences on the hospital’s process-oriented management approach.

One focus of their process optimization initiative was the introduction of an ERP system, specifically the H-SAP project. So in addition to discussing the project insights, Mr. Kukla will also touch upon what it takes to establish process governance in a hospital setting, as well as drawing a line between organizational processes and an integrated management system.
