Processes & Governance From a Single Hand:
How We’re Thinking “Out of the Box”
ebase has had its full process documentation stored in ADONIS for years now.
On the same basis, a risk inventory (OpRisk), an internal control system (ICS), a loss database and measures management were recently also being introduced with the help of ADOGRC.
This process-oriented approach was designed to create the ideal link between the company’s governance functions and business processes in order to build a comprehensive and integrated GRC system. The resulting database (“corporate repository”) allows ebase to perform comprehensive and overarching analyses, which in turn also enables them “think outside the box”.
Processes Are More Than Documentation – Lean & Practical Solutions for Regulatory Issues
Nico Teutsch shows us how process information is collected in the course of modelling, and made available to the organization. IKB has successfully integrated the written order into their process world, and is leveraging this information in a way that allows for lean and efficient implementation of regulatory issues and requirements (#ics #eugdpr #sfo #irba #bia) with the help of process management.
This session also covers the topic of new technologies, models and procedures, because good #processmanagement holds answers to more than just “who does what, when, how?” and “can it be done even faster?”

Process Optimization & Governance: How We Continue to Evolve – For More Than 30,000 Patients Per Year
Peter Kukla, Head of Governance at the central hospital in Switzerland – the Waid and Triemli City Hospital in Zurich – shares his experiences on the hospital’s process-oriented management approach.
One focus of their process optimization initiative was the introduction of an ERP system, specifically the H-SAP project. So in addition to discussing the project insights, Mr. Kukla will also touch upon what it takes to establish process governance in a hospital setting, as well as drawing a line between organizational processes and an integrated management system.

Regulatory Requirements for a Fund Management Company – Efficiently Met With ADOGRC
In this session, Mr. Mario Baur shows us how regulatory requirements can be effectively implemented with the help of ADOGRC. As a fund management company of Helvetia Group, Helvetia Asset Management AG was able to anchor and operationalize an audit plan for risk and control portfolios in the organization.
Automated workflows for risk assessments as well as the implementation and testing of controls ensure that the required tasks are performed in a targeted manner. In addition, by linking acquired information with the process world, a continuous improvement process could be initiated.

Process-based and automated Tax Compliance Management System (Tax CMS)
PwC, BOC Group and TIM jointly provide an automation solution for the effective and efficient operation of your Tax Compliance Management System.
Tax-relevant processes, together their risks and controls are being documented in ADONIS in a structured manner and linked with one another. With the help of TIM BPM Suite for workflow automation, these processes are then being automated, and all activities and uploaded documents catalogued and archived in an audit-proof way. The systems connect seamlessly via an interface, which in turn significantly simplifies the usually very time-consuming operation of a Tax CMS.
