Your data will always belong to you – under all circumstances. After cancelling your account with BOC Group, we are providing your data to you in two openly accessible formats, upon request. Either as an XML file containing all your repository data in an exchangeable data format, or as a ready-to-use HTML package.

Upon expiration or deletion of your ADONIS:Community Edition account, all your models will be provided to you via a download link. You can access this download link for 365 days, before it gets deleted automatically. Our professional edition clients’ BPM data is being stored for an additional six months for reactivation or issuance.
