The presentation will introduce use cases that have significantly shaped our EA implementation project at ENGEL. They played a decisive role in familiarizing us with the typical requirements of a “digital company map” and aligning the project with these use cases. As a result, we quickly succeeded in creating direct benefits for the company. From this perspective, we not only introduced “EA” but also something that has established itself as a first-class support methodology for many “tricky” tasks in the company.
