Also, assist clients in acquiring and implementing selected information systems, as well as evaluating and improving existing information systems.

How did IK consulting become a BOC Group Gold Partner, and what motivated you to join the program?

What motivated us to become the Gold Partner was vision: a commitment to raising process management standards, introducing innovative solutions, and creating lasting value for customers in the Lithuanian market.

Gold Partner status sends a clear signal to the market. It demonstrates that IK consulting is a recognized expert, trusted by BOC Group, with a high level of knowledge, practical experience, and the capability to deliver complex ADONIS implementations. Our motivation to join the Gold Partner program was driven by the desire to reinforce this recognition, strengthen our market position, and transparently communicate to clients that they are working with a partner whose expertise and quality standards have been formally validated at the highest partnership level.

What distinguishes a Gold Partner from other partnership levels, and what does this mean for your clients?

The Gold Partner status recognizes IK consulting as a partner with a high level of expertise and proven effectiveness in ADONIS. It confirms the team’s strong product knowledge, professional approach, and consistent achievement of objectives.

How does BOC Group support IK consulting in delivering value to your clients?

BOC Group provides IK consulting with support, giving us access to the full range of BOC resources, including trainings, webinars, success cases, expert articles, and technical assistance whenever needed. In addition, we organize consultation sessions with BOC Group experts, ensuring support in complex client scenarios. Our team has also participated in international event – Strategic Partner Meeting, in Vienna, which further strengthen our product expertise and strategic collaboration.

BOC Group actively supports our local initiatives as well. We co-host and organize process management and ADONIS-focused events in Lithuania—such as the Process Management Conference 2025—where BOC Group experts joined as speakers, sharing insights, best practices, and global perspectives with the Lithuanian market. This close, ongoing collaboration and continuous knowledge sharing enable us to consistently deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions to our clients.

Which BOC Group products have been most impactful in your client projects, and why?

ADONIS has been impactful product in our client’ projects, serving as a core platform for process management. It enables measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and process clarity across organizations.

ADOIT and ADOGRC are solutions we are currently starting to adopt and build expertise in. As we continue to deepen our knowledge and practical experience with these tools, they open new opportunities to support clients in a more integrated and structured way.

Together, these products directly complement our process management and IT consulting services, allowing us to deliver solutions at a higher maturity level, address client challenges more effectively, and respond to evolving business needs.

Could you share a success story where your collaboration with BOC Group brought tangible results for a client?

First, it is important that at IK consulting, we support clients by combining our 5L process management methodology, practical expertise, and ADONIS tool into one integrated offering. This gives clients a complete, end-to-end solution: they do not need to look for separate consultants, methodologies, or tools. Instead, they receive everything in one place.

At the end, clients have a Digital Model of their organization. This model helps organizations move away from fragmented knowledge, unclear ownership, and slow change execution toward a structured, measurable, and efficient operating model that reflects how the organization actually works.

We have clients that, thanks to this digital model they were able to identify and discontinue loss-making activities, reduce the delivery time of their services, faster implement changes and etc. Most importantly, having a Digital Model ensures that—regardless of the decisions being made—they are based on reliable data, not assumptions, enabling more confident, consistent, and sustainable business decisions.

What do your clients value most about the combination of IK consulting expertise and BOC Group solutions?

Clients value the combination of global-class tools and local expertise. With IK consulting, they work with recognized process management experts who speak their language, understand the Lithuanian market, and know their business specifics. This allows clients to receive fast, practical answers locally, without needing to involve BOC Group in most cases.

We provide clear, fast, and professional guidance, ensuring that most questions and challenges are resolved locally. BOC Group is typically involved only when highly specialized technical questions arise that go beyond our scope, making the overall collaboration efficient, responsive, and focused on delivering value to the client.

How does IK consulting contribute to the BPM community in Lithuania and the Baltics?

IK consulting plays an active role in building the BPM community in Lithuania. We regularly organize BPM-focused events, including the Process Management Conference, which we plan to hold annually, as well as periodic webinars.

In addition, we contribute to BPM maturity by sharing knowledge on a continuous basis—publishing a monthly newsletter with the latest insights on ADONIS and process management, delivering trainings for organizations, and preparing to launch open BPM trainings for a wider audience. Through these activities, we help raise awareness, develop practical competencies, and strengthen process management culture in the region.

What value do joint BOC-IK events bring to participants?

Joint IK consulting and BOC Group events bring participants a broader, international perspective combined with local market relevance. While IK consulting provides practical, region-specific insights, BOC Group contributes global experience, emerging BPM trends, and best practices. These events create a space for learning, discussion, and networking, helping organizations strengthen their BPM maturity and apply proven approaches with greater confidence and effectiveness.

What advice would you give to consulting firms considering joining the BOC Group partner program?

Our advice would be to start by clearly understanding your own services and your clients’ needs—and then look for a tool that truly strengthens and complements your consulting offering. We conducted a thorough market review before choosing ADONIS and found it to be an excellent platform not only for modeling processes (diagrams), but for linking them with data such as roles, documents, systems, risks, goals, and KPIs. This enables organizations to build a Digital Model that not only becomes a single source of truth,  but also supports data-driven decision-making.

Joining the BOC Group partner program gives access to structured training, continuous product development, expert knowledge, and a strong partner ecosystem. Especially at the Gold Partner level, we benefit from deeper product access, joint marketing opportunities, and we are able to meet clients’ needs by offering both proven tool and methodologies.

From your perspective, what makes BOC Group an ideal partner for consulting firms in the Baltic region?

BOC Group is an ideal partner because it combines a leading business process management tool with strong, partner-oriented support. ADONIS is actively developed to address real business needs, including advanced and expanding AI capabilities, making it a future-proof solution for clients.

Beyond the tool itself, BOC Group offers partners access to a rich knowledge base, including trainings, webinars, expert articles, and direct consultations when needed. This support enables partners to build strong expertise quickly and deliver value to clients with confidence. Just as importantly, BOC Group actively engages in joint initiatives—participating in local events, sharing experience, and supporting market development—making the partnership collaborative and practical.

What are IK consulting’s next steps or goals in BPM consulting over the next few years?

We aim to help organizations move from documenting processes to continuously improving them based on real insights and measurable outcomes. A particularly important area is leveraging AI capabilities in business process management, as well as applying methods such as simulation, process mining and others.

In parallel, we plan to fully master and expand the use of ADOIT and ADOGRC. We will continue to promote process culture by organizing the annual Process Management Conference, launching open BPM trainings, and maintaining ongoing knowledge sharing through newsletters, webinars, and organizational training programs.

Looking ahead, we are considering organizing internal experience-sharing events with our ADONIS clients, inviting BOC Group experts to participate as well. These events would create an opportunity to see how our clients are progressing, gain new perspectives and insights into their needs, and for clients themselves to exchange experiences, acquire new knowledge, and learn from both peers and experts.
