We are very proud to announce that BOC Group is again among the top 5 % of employers on Kununu in 2023.
Since 2015, Kununu has awarded top companies with the Top Company Badge every year, which we can present this year for the second time in a row. The companies are selected according to strict criteria, such as a minimum score of 3.8 stars, a minimum number of reviews and a minimum number of reviews in the last year. We have fulfilled all criteria and our Kununu score is also impressive: 4.3 stars for our headquarters in Vienna and 4.6 for our branch office in Berlin and with a recommendation rate of 94% and 100% respectively, this is really impressive. The IT industry average is 3.8 stars, so BOC Group is clearly above average. Not only do we have a better score than the industry average, but we also have top scores in terms of corporate culture, work-life balance and interaction with each other, which is a great response for us as a company.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank our colleagues and former employees in particular, because without them we would not have made it into the top 5 % of companies on Kununu. Without them, the BOC Group would not be what we are: a big BOC family that is there for each other and strives every day to become even better and to continue to grow!
