Monitoring Exercises using Ai-SUpport for Reliable Evaluation
Prevailing emergency trainings and corresponding evaluation approaches for emergency response organizations (incl. first responders, fire fighters, etc.) are resource-intense, time-consuming, and prone to human bias, limiting their effectiveness and scalability. Simulation and digital technologies offer promising improvements by generating actionable insights to refine strategies, training design, and documentation, while enabling more objective, timely evaluation that also considers usability and legal-ethical requirements. In this context, BOC has developed a method and configured the suitable digitalization infrastructure for table-top exercises that capture, conceptualize, and structure emergency scenario-relevant information. Resulting digitalized conceptual models serve as a basis for advanced analysation.
