About the webinar

Together with our partner IPSM (International Procurement & Supply Management) and CPO Club, we invite Chief Procurement Officers, procurement team leads and business transformation experts to a practical online session on procurement processes, and on how to design, run and improve them with the help of digital tools.

An effective procurement function depends on processes that everyone understands and follows. When the steps, roles and responsibilities are clear, it is easier to work across departments, keep operations transparent and build a solid base for digital transformation.

During the session, BOC Group and IPSM experts will show how the ADONIS platform supports modeling, analyzing and optimizing procurement processes. You will see a live demo of a procurement process being built in ADONIS, hear about the challenges that typically come up during implementation, and learn from real projects in the public and financial sectors.

The session will be held in Ukrainian, except for the BOC Group presentation, which will be delivered in English.
