The decision who becomes part of our team is based on the talent, qualifications, motivation and enthusiasm of the applicant. Voice of Diversity” is first and foremost about that, and not about origin, gender, age, world view or sexual orientation. Therefore, it was particularly important for us that BOC Group is again part of “Voice of Diversity”, as we can get in touch with highly motivated students from different countries in an uncomplicated way. “Voice of Diversity” is a program of the TU Career Center. Under completely anonymous conditions, three companies conducted 16 interviews with young talents. This is to ensure equal opportunities and eliminate unconscious bias. Initially, questions were answered in a chat. After a 30-minute online chat, the companies also got to know the candidates in person in order to dive deeper into the discussions. We had the opportunity to meet highly motivated and talented students and are looking forward to follow-up conversations.
