ADOscore supports the alignment, implementation and realisation of a Balanced Scorecard. Different model types allow a precise representation of the entire BSC process: creation of strategies and objectives, definition of target levels, analysis, communication and control of the BSC and integration of ADOscore into existing systems. The required Key Performance Indicators can be adopted from both relational databases and Microsoft Excel sheets.

The ADOscore Controlling Cockpit is an independent, web-based management information system. Dynamic viewing options allow an immediate overview of Key Performance Indicators and objectives as well as their current status. Detailed information can be made available according to specific needs, enabling the easy detection of undesired developments and trends and the ability to take action at an early stage.
