ADOit Method Manual published – A Practical Guide to Enterprise Architecture with ADOit

BOC’s latest publication called „The ADOit Method Manual” is now available. This manual offers various EA scenarios and a step-by-step instruction showing how to implement the EA scenarios in your company with ADOit.

This manual supports you from the moment you’re having the idea of implementing EAM to the moment you stand in front of the stakeholders trying to gain buy-in from them, and throughout your entire EA programme. It gives you advice on how to choose an EA framework, and how to gather and organise your data in one place, to name but a few.
